Amsteel Blue Now Available from Stock
The new and improved Atlantic Cordage synthetic rope fabrication department is now fully operational. This newest expansion has been made in order to accommodate our growing synthetic inventory, specifically Amsteel Blue. Atlantic Cordage now stocks Amsteel Blue from 1-1/8" Diam to 2-1/4" Diam, and lengths up to 600 ft. Atlantic Cordage is now able to offer innovative chafe protection, Dynalene and Progard, designed specifically for use with Amsteel Blue. Both items are designed to extend the service life of synthetic rope as they combat cutting and abrasion. Atlantic Cordage is proud to offer such cost saving items to our customers from stock in our Avenel facility.

As we continue to stock the single largest Amsteel Blue Inventory on the Atlantic Coast, it is our goal to have available a synthetic rope which is a proven cost-saving replacement for wire rope in key applications.
Amsteel Blue, at only 1/7th the weight of wire rope, requires less committed crew for mooring operations, significantly reduces mooring times and tug costs, and improves crew safety.
